From the Basque Country (Spain), a traditional and very tasty recipe for cooking crawfish, Norway Lobster & Co.

Ingredients

  • 6 pcs. Grand Krust scampi
  • 1/2 dried chili pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Sherry vinegar
  • Salt flakes

Step by Step

In a skillet with oil, sauté sliced garlic and red pepper until golden brown.
