The Seafood fideuá is a very typical dish on the east coast, which is prepared in a manner similar to paella. In fact, people say, the fideuá was invented by a chef, who was out of rice while preparing a paella, and he decided to replace this ingredient with noodles. Whatever its true origin, the fact is that the fideuá is a very nutritious and tasty dish, ideal to be served at the parties or when we have guests.

Fry the noodles
We put in a pan a glass of olive oil and fry the noodles until they become golden. We put them aside.
Frying the big shrimps
We put the same pan with a few drops of olive oil, fry them during one minute per side and set them aside.
In the same pan, adding a few drops of olive oil, sauté a finely chopped onion. When the onion starts to get browned, add the peppers and minced garlic. Next, we add tomato sauce, the squid rings and sauté for 10 minutes.
Add the noodles and broth
After 10 minutes, we add noodles and hot fish broth, and spice them according to our taste. For 5 minutes we cook it over a heavy fire.
Add the big shrimps
After this, we add the big shrimps and sauté it for 5 minutes.
Brewing and serving
Remove our dish from a stove, cover with a kitchen cloth and let it brew for 5 minutes before serving.
