Potato salad with seafood cocktail

The potato salad is one of the popular dishes during the summer. It is refreshing, highly nutritious and contains all kinds of ingredients. In this recipe, we propose to prepare the potato salad with seafood cocktail. The potatoes and the flavor of the seafood cocktail make a delicious combination. Furthermore, if we use a Combo pack of Grand Krust, we will have our dish ready in twenty minutes only, almost without dirtying the kitchen.

  • 1 pack of seafood cocktail with vinaigrette sauce 240 g Seafood Combo by Grand Krust,
  • 600 g of potatoes,
  • 1 tablespoon paprika,
  • ½ tablespoon cayenne pepper,
  • fresh chives,
  • salt flakes

Step by Step

Cook the potatoes
Cook the potatoes in their jackets in a pot with salted water.
Prick them to check if they are well cooked: if the knife enters easily, we remove them from fire, drain them and put them aside.

Peel and cut potatoes
When potatoes are cool, peel them and cut them into slices.

Spice the potatoes
Put the potato slices on a plate and spice with salt flakes, paprika and cayenne pepper.
