In the special celebration meals one cannot miss some good shrimp canapés as a starter. You must also know that they are perfect as a starter for the meals or Christmas dinners. They are made with shrimps, cream cheese and canapé bread. The result is a light and tasty snack that can be ready in just ten minutes.

Cook the shrimps
Dip the shrimps for one minute in boiling salted water. Chop them all but leave four, which will serve as decoration.
Prepare the filling
Mix together the chopped shrimps with the radishes, also chopped, and the cream cheese.
Canapés arranging
Spread the filling on the canapé bread.
Roll up the two halves in order to form two separate cylinders.
Decoration
Cut the rolls in half and finish by placing over them a shrimp, the Grand Krust cocktail sauce, a few chives and a few slices of radish.
