The grilled squid and sautéed vegetables is a very complete starter, light and healthy, which provides us with fiber, vitamins and low fat. Prepare the vegetables
Boil the green beans in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain them and put them aside.
Cut all the vegetables into small sticks.
Sauté the squid
