  • 80 g. flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 40 g. butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Paprika
  • 20 ml. brandy
  • 150 g. mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp chives

In a bowl, mix the milk, flour, one beaten egg and salt. Let stand in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and prepare the crêpes with the previous batter. Set aside.
