Today we're preparing a traditional coconut-based fish stew straight from Brazil. Did you know that this stew is popularly known as "moqueca"?
In a bowl, mix the chopped salmon with the lemon juice, sliced garlic, salt to taste, pepper, cumin and paprika.
In a frying pan with olive oil, cook the bell pepper rings and the tomato. Cover and cook for ten minutes. Add the salmon, onion and repeat the process.
Add the coconut milk and the coriander and cook for thirty minutes.
