Peel the shrimp and cook the heads in a pot with olive oil. Remove.
In the same pot, sauté the garlic together with the chopped bell pepper, the chopped onion, the paprika and the chopped tomato. Cook over low heat for ten minutes and add salt and peas.
Add the fish stock and bring to the boil. Let it cook for nine minutes.
Add the noodles and cook for another nine minutes. Add the clams, peeled shrimp and serve.
