  • Grand Krust shrimp
  • 60 g. Grand Krust salmon
  • 200 g. cheese spread
  • 2 pcs. vol au vent
  • 3 tbsp. cocktail sauce
  • Chives

Step by Step

Cut half of the salmon into cubes and the other half into strips. Roll them up and set aside.

Mix the diced salmon with cheese spread and fill the vol au vent with it, decorating with the rolled salmon.

For another option, fill the vol au vent with cocktail sauce and shrimp blanched in water.
