Two salmon tartare with seafood cocktail is a nutritious and refreshing main course that’s great when you have guests. The taste and texture of the guacamole goes really well with the marine aroma of the salmón and shrimp. It’s also a beautiful dish that will brighten your dinner table.

Dress the seafood cocktail
Dress the Grand Krust seafood cocktail with oil and vinegar and set aside.
Make the guacamole
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and chop. Mix the avocado with salt, pepper, some drops of olive oil, some drops of lemon juice, the chopped shallot and the peeled and chopped tomato. Set aside.
Prepare the salmon
Chop up the two salmon. Mix them with the grated egg, salt and pepper, and add some drops of olive oil. Then set aside.
Assemble the tartare
Put some guacamole on a plate using a cooking ring and add an equal amount of tartare. Press a little to flatten.
Decorate
Top with some salmon roe and the Grand Krust seafood cocktail. Remove the ring and the tartare is ready for the table.
