Traditionally, by the name of steak tartar we refer to a dish, made with raw beef, flavored with herbs and other ingredients. This type of dish is also delicious with seafood, as we propose you to try in this recipe with king prawns and tarragon sauce. A second course, with which we certainly succeed when we have guests.

Chop the onion
Chop the onion very finely and put it aside.
Peel the king prawns
Peel the prawn tails, remove them intestine, chop them and put it aside.
Preparing the boiled egg

Prepare the mixture
Put in a bowl the chopped king prawns, onion, 30 g of caviar substitute, egg yolk, the egg yarn, chopped chives, salt, white pepper, 50 ml of olive oil and mix everything well.
Serving and decorating
With the help of a hoop, we put our tartar on the plates, decorating it with some tarragon mayonnaise. Garnish with a tomato cherry and toasts.
