Spinach are plenty of vitamins and minerals, so, if you pair them with shrimp, which does not lag behind, all together with a tasty tomato sauce... A hearty, nutritious, and appetizing dish!
Sauté the shrimps in a pot with oil for 1 minute and set aside.
In the same pot, sauté sliced garlic, julienned onion and paprika.
Add tomato and stir for 4 minutes. Add the spinach and stir for another 4 minutes over medium heat.
Add the shrimps, mix everything well and straight to the tupper!
