Argentine red shrimps are a delicious dish guaranteed to be success in a special lunch, dinner or as a daily recipe. When prepared with this technique, the king prawns are specially juicy and all their nutritional properties remain intact. In a few minutes, and without making a mess in your kitchen, you can prepare an exquisite first course that tastes like the sea.
In a frying pan, sauté a sliced garlic clove with a pinch of salt.
Add the schrimp skins and the white wine and reduce it by half.
Strain the broth into a pot, crushing the shrimp skins well so that they release their juice. Reserve the broth for later.
In another pan, mix the two remaining garlic cloves with cherry tomatoes and pepper.
Add the broth and the 200g of shrimp. Then cook everything for 3 minutes.
In the same pan, add the pesto, basil, and pasta. Mix until all the ingredients are integrated.
Plate the pasta and add a few slices of Parmesan on top. Ready to enjoy!
