In a pot with olive oil, brown the sliced garlic with the chopped peppers, spring onion, saffron, cayenne and grated tomato.
Add the noodles nº4 and the fish stock. Let cook for eleven minutes.
Finally, add the shrimp and mussels, and cook for another two minutes. Serve and that's it!
