The seafood cocktail is a typically Mediterranean recipe, where vegetables are perfectly complemented with seafood. This is an ideal dish to be served as a starter when we have a guests.
On this occasion, we propose preparing this cocktail with prawns, surimi, mussels and octopus, but we can vary the ingredients and add other types of seafood, according to our own taste or depending on the products that we have at the disposal.

Cut the peppers and surimi
Cut the peppers in a square form.
Cut surimi into pieces of 1.5 cm.
Mix the ingredients
In a bowl mix the surimi, shrimps, mussel meat, sliced octopus, onions, red pepper and green pepper.
Put an oil, salt, pepper and Jerez vinegar.
Serve and garnish cocktail
We serve the seafood cocktail on a plate or in a glass.
Garnish it with a cherry cut in a half tomato chopped chives.
