Salmon and shrimp escalopes

Did you suffer last-minute cancellations because of the restricted mobility issuer and did you get stuck with some salmon loins? Turn them into these original escalopes.

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 1 loin Grand Krust salmon
  • 150 g. Grand Krust shrimp
  • 1 egg
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 35 g. bread crumbs
  • 15 g. spinach
  • 75 g. yogurt
  • 1/2 lime zest
  • Fennel
  • Pepper

Step by Step

Cut the salmon into cubes and mix with the shrimp, egg, boiled potato, bread crumbs, spinach and mash.

For the sauce, mix yogurt, lime zest, chopped fennel, salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil.
