Cut the prawns into thick pieces.
Cut a celery stick and a chive stem into very thin slices.
Add the juice of half a lemon.
Toast the brioche rolls in butter.
Mix everything with mayonnaise and stir well.
Season to taste.
Assemble the mixture on the brioche buns, cut them in half, and go get them! (The Rolls and the rivals, of course)
