To make this recipe for two people, you’ll need: 250g of Vannamei raw prawns, 30g of parsley, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 lemon, 100g of bacon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Begin by heating olive oil. While waiting for the oil to heat up, laminate the garlic cloves.
Next, fry the garlic over medium heat and add pepper, lemon peel and salt. When the garlic is golden, add 100ml of olive oil to cut the cooking.
Cut the bacon into pieces and prepare the brochettes alternating prawn and bacon.
Remove the lemon peel from the pot and add the juice of half lemon and parsley. Then, chop it with the blender.
Next, put the brochettes to cook for 3 minutes each side on the grill. Toast a few slices of bread on the same griddle.
Lastly, plate the brochettes on the toasted bread and add the 'picada'. Enjoy!
