If a perfect combination exists, it is without a doubt that of potato and salmon. Do you agree?
In a pot with olive oil, fry the sliced garlic and add the potato and water. Let cook for twenty minutes.
Add the cream and cook for another five minutes. Add the butter and whisk everything. Set aside.
Cut the salmon into cubes, the chives and mix in a bowl with a dash of soy sauce.
Serve the cream with the salmon, smoked herring and parsley.
