The prawns with garlic sauce are a delicious and easy to prepare. This dish can be prepared in fifteen minutes only. It is perfect for any occasion and suits great for a special celebration. In this recipe, besides the garlic, we use chilli as well, in order to emphasize a spicy notes, that perfectly matches the flavor of the prawns.

Peel the prawns
Peel the prawns without removing the head and the end of the tail.
Sauté the garlic and chillies
We sauté a sliced garlic and chilli in a large pot with oil, in order to fully liberate their flavor.
Fry the prawns
In five minutes increase the fire, spice the prawns according to your taste. When the oil is hot enough, but not as hot as it will burn the garlic, we add the prawns and fry it all.
Add the wine
Add the white wine, cover and remove it from a stove in order to finish its brewing using its own heat.
Serve.
