Clean the salmon
Remove the salmon skin. Cut it finely and arrange it so that it covers the bottom of a plate.
Spread the ingredients
Salt and pepper the salmon and spread capers on top. Put some seafood cocktail on top of the salmon.
Cut the onion
Cut the onion into julienne strips and place on top of the seafood cocktail.
Make the vinaigrette and decorate
Mix the oil and vinegar and rizzle over the salmon. Decorate with freshly chopped chives and serve.
