  • 2 avocados
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 50g grated surimi

Step by Step

Dip the shrimps in boiling water
Dip the shrimps for one minute in boiling salted water. Chop them all but leave four, which will serve as decoration.

Prepare the filling
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the pulp into small pieces.
Chop the onion.

Prepare the avocados
Open the avocados, remove the pit, scoop them out, chop the pulp and keep the skin.

Prepare the mix
Mix together the avocado, the chopped shrimps, the tomato and the onion. Add salt and pepper and mix it with the Grand Krust cocktail sauce.

Filling and decoration
Fill the avocados, garnish them with the grated surimi and a shrimp tail and serve.
