SHAO MAI INGREDIENTS: SHRIMPS 35%, pastry 22% (WHEAT flour, salt, SOY oil, water), yam bean, FISH paste, onion, carrot, water chesnut, sugar, tapioca starch, SOY protein, corn starch, garlic, salt, SESAME oil, FISH sauce, pepper.

SAUCE INGREDIENTS: Pineapple, sugar, water, SOY sauce (SOYBEANS, WHEAT, water, salt), ginger, salt, potato starch, acid: citric acid, dill powder.

Preparation

STEAMER (Recommended): Without thawing, remove the product from the tray and steam it in a steamer between 8 and 10 minutes at 100°C.

Microwaven

Prick some holes in the foil and heat for 2-3 minutes at 900 W.
